Visit this page for more information.ĬASA is developing two rental communities as part of Homestead Gardens: 32 2- and 3-bedroom units in collaboration with UNC Horizons to serve mothers with children recovering from substance use, and 22 1-bedroom workforce units for those earning a low wage. The community will include 16 1-bedroom apartments for those earning less than 30% of the Area Median Income (AMI), and will have a special focus on those experiencing homelessness.

CASA is currently raising funds for King’s Ridge operations. The site is well located minutes from downtown Raleigh with a public bus stop across the street. The upper floors will be residential housing, while the main floor will include community space, offices, and access to case management, healthcare, employment, childcare and other critical supports. Our vision is for King’s Ridge to include up to 100 apartments serving both individuals and families with permanent, supportive housing. CASA’s vision for King’s Ridge is to emulate Charlotte’s Moore Place community with a high-quality, affordable apartment community that prioritizes applicants experiencing homelessness.
